Select objects: (select one object to be enlarged or diminished)
Select objects: (enter)
Specify base point: (pick a point as base point)
NOTE:
Scale is the command to increase or decrease in proportion to an object in the direction of axis X and Y. So, here is the sense of scale or scale proportionally make changes from the original size of an object into the desired size. If an image is brought up to the scale of its former size, given the scale factor greater than 1. and if you want to shrink the size of the original, give the scale factor between the values 0 and 1. For example like 0.5.

Specify scale factor or [Reference]: (Type a scale factor to be raised or turned down, or select Reference) and press enter
At the last prompt, scala factor is the default, if directly typed value of 2 and press enter, then the object will be raised twice the original size.
NOTE:
If you use the scale command to increase or decrease an object, then the overall size will change for the entire scale is formed.
